A 10 hour collaborative engagement which provides an overarching discussion of Enterprise 2.0 technologies.

Not a canned presentation, the goal is to provide an Enterprise 2.0 overview in the context of your specific issues.

This popular session is intended to provide a mature, informed understanding of both the opportunities and benefits offered by Enterprise 2.0, and how these lightweight technologies can interface with your existing infrastructure.

A group size of 6 to 10 people is optimum for an engaging interactive experience. I provide insight into similar problem solving in other enterprises where relevant, plus case histories, and will attempt to drill down into specific problem solving as time allows.

This can be an afternoon and following morning engagement to allow time to think and digest before the second session, or a single all day session. I am available worldwide for this engagement within constraints of existing schedule and travel plans.

 

Telephone Consultation by the Hour
